Refund Policy

One-time download package

The $55 download package is delivered instantly as digital files (PDF guide and Excel workbook). We want you to be confident in your purchase, so it comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the download package for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund through your Paddle receipt, by visiting Paddle's refund page, or by emailing us at prasadpradhan6666@gmail.com with your Paddle order number.

Refund requests received after the 14-day guarantee window will only be considered for genuine billing errors or duplicate charges, and must be reported within 14 days of the charge.

Membership subscription

The $24/month membership can be cancelled at any time from your account page or through Paddle's customer portal. After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current paid month. No further renewals are charged and we do not refund partial months.
