Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are buying from
The Restaurant Standing Cost System is operated and sold by PRASAD SURESH PRADHAN ("the Seller", "we", "us"), based in India. By creating an account, purchasing, or continuing to use the service, you enter into a contract with the Seller and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The product
The product is a digital financial-control system for restaurants, comprising a downloadable guide (PDF), a formula-driven spreadsheet workbook (Excel), and an online workbook with dashboard, reviews and action-plan tools. A one-time purchase grants permanent access to the downloadable files and a preview of the online tool. A monthly membership grants full access to the online system and the downloadable files for the duration of the paid period.
3. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment processing, invoicing, tax and subscription management.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. One-time download purchases include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. After that period, refunds are limited to genuine billing errors or duplicate charges. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid month. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Your account
You must be of legal age (or have authority to bind your organisation) to purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product within the plan you purchased. You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; interfering with security (including malware, probing, or unauthorised scraping); reverse engineering; reselling or redistributing the product or your access; or circumventing technical limits. You grant us a limited licence to store and process the data you enter solely to provide the service.
6. Intellectual property
The Seller retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the Standing Cost methodology, the guide, the workbook, software, documentation and branding. Your purchase grants a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.
7. Service availability and accuracy
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The product is a management tool: cost percentages, reference ranges and insights are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying your own figures and for your business decisions.
8. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law. You indemnify the Seller against claims arising from content you enter, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your online workbook data may be deleted after a reasonable export window; downloadable files you have already saved remain yours.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Seller's jurisdiction. You may not assign your account without our consent; we may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are excused from performance during events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: email us at prasadpradhan6666@gmail.com. Payment, invoice and refund queries can also be handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
